Mindfulness and meditation are some of the ways I learned to live my life fully again. It might sound like a bold claim, and I understand that the “rules” behind meditation, for instance, can seem confusing. However, there are some brilliant products out there that can actually help you be more mindful.
I found it difficult to start being more mindful and start meditating because I was always wondering whether I was doing it right. Eventually, I learned that you can be mindful wherever and whenever you are.
You can practice being in the present when you are making dinner or doing laundry, and I learned that there is no right or wrong way to be mindful or to meditate.
However, I have found that the products I am mentioning in this article, have made life a little easier. They taught me what I already mentioned above: that there are so many ways to be mindful in your daily life and there are so many different ways to use meditation.
I bet that you used to assume that meditation is sitting cross-legged on a mountain somewhere for hours, right? It can be; however, it is not the only way to be mindful. Mindfulness is all about being consciously present wherever and whenever you.

Essential oil diffuser
I have talked about these, as well as essential oils, in great length before. In the past, I used an oil diffuser from the Smiley Daisy company, but I decided in January 2020, that I wanted to try another one.
I bought one on Amazon from the company InnoGear. I love it and it is very cheap in my opinion. I am still a huge believer in essential oils when it comes to my mental health and wellbeing, as well as my mood and energy.

This journal is designed to help you be more mindful. It offers prompts and advice that helps you stay in the present and be more grateful for what you have. It can help you take a step away from the day, and focus on the good.

Over the past year, I have been looking for a meditation cushion that offers more support. My first cushion for meditation was simply that: a cushion on the floor.
This floor chair has offered more support for my lower back which tends to become painful if I sit cross-legged for too long.
This chair is not a meditation chair per se, however, it has worked just a great as an actual meditation chair. With better support even. I highly recommend this floor chair as a meditation chair.
This set is the same thing as an acupuncture session, as it has the same benefits. It has these tiny points that press into your back and neck, which in turn will help relax your muscles. It stimulates pressure points and relieves tension in both your body and mind.
It feels like pain at first lying on the mat, but after a few seconds, the pain will turn into a warmth, that will radiate through your body. It is much more of a light pain, all through the pain.
The Power of Now – $11.90
Audiobooks are a great way to be mindful and learning to stay in the present. When you are listening to a voice and concentrating on it, it is really difficult for you to think about anything else but the present. I dare you, try it.
“The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle is an absolutely amazing book. Tolle teaches you how to leave your analytical mind behind and brings you into the now. I highly recommend giving this book a read, and as mentioned, if you are not a reader this book is available as an audiobook.
I highly recommend all of these products. Learning to be present and be mindful can be done, but I always find it easier if you have some easy-to-use tools at hand. There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting help if that is what you need.
