The first part is some background information on what habits are and how they are formed. In order to change your habits and your life, you need to have a certain knowledge about this before you start.
The second part is all about which habit YOU are going to be changing in this workbook.
The third part is your why and your reason for wanting to change these habits. This part is very important.
The fourth and final part is how you are going to change your bad habits into better ones.
So, you see there is a red line throughout the entire eBook. I made this into a workbook because I haven’t been able to find anything quite like this online.

Do you use your phone or computer right before you go to bed? The blue lights from your electronics will keep your brain activated, which will mess with your sleep quality. If you do this every day, you can end up experiencing Insomnia, which can lead to anxiety, depression, stress or all three.
You see where I am going with this? Unless we start thinking about the habits we bring into our lives, we will remain where we are. If you are 150% happy all the time, then good for you. Then this eBook might not be for you. But honestly, I doubt it. No one is truly 100% happy unless they work for it.
Habits exist in order to allow your mind to expend much less energy to solve a problem. Creating new habits will also become a routine and an “old” habit at some point if you have the patience to keep going.
